"Great hotel in a fantastic location, the steam geysers are going 24/7 which makes for a beautiful view. Hotel itself has tons to do from the Onsen to Games room. The included breakfast and dinner buffet were excellent. The Onsen is quite large with and outdoor section too. The provided pyjamas are so comfy wish I would’ve purchased some."

"It was my first stay at Hotel Kyocera for my visit my home town from USA Hotel was so clean and wide room compared with hotels in Tokyo and with Onsen is additional credit as an Japanese Staff was so friendly and felt how good Japanese OMOTENASHI, Thank you ! "

The front desk agent went above and beyond his duties to help my guests navigate their way to the Hotel since it’s relatively new and unique. The young ladies working the morning shift were equally helpful when I needed help translating and making calls. I can’t recommend enough and would absolutely stay again because they’re affordable, super kind and close to everything. Thank you"
