"Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Klimaanlage Minibar Wasserkocher Bademantel etc. gebucht ich bekam ein ziemlich heruntergekommenes Zimmer mit massiven dreckigen Scheiben wodurch man fast gar nicht gesehen hat mehreren Insekten im Badezimmer und wurde beim betreten und Checkin gescammt, der Hotel Angestellte versuchte mich anstatt in die Lobby zu leiten in die Bar einen Stock darunter zu bringen weil ich ja unbedingt etwas trinken sollte und er wahrscheinlich dadurch Geld bekommen hätte. "This was the nicest hotel we stayed at. Staff was friendly. Only complaint was I had to put in so much effort to arrange the airport shuttle. I messaged them, emailed them, contacted them through facebook and finally through their business email. Shouldn't be that difficult to arrange. Otherwise the stay was great.
