"No 3º dia de hospedagem o ar condicionado e o chuveiro parou de funcionar devido ao 1 curto na parte elétrica. Pedimos pra trocar de quarto ou solucionar o problema nada foi feito.O atendimento da proprietária deixou a desejar. Faltou cordialidade e uma postura mais profissional no trato com os hóspedes, o que acabou impactando negativamente a experiência na pousada. Although the girl who welcomes you at check-in was sweet and kind, nothing helps once you live inside a noisy bar. From the evening hours until the night the young volunteers play music as loud as they like. All the windows of the rooms face into the hostel and to the music, these are wooden windows without insulation. So if you want a bit of quiet you won't have it during your stay.
