"This hotel should get a 0 star rating if possible. We as a family booked 2 rooms, one for in laws and one for us. One of the rooms was given to us without any cleaning done with food leftovers on the coffee table, dirty pillows and an uncleaned restroom. The other room where my in laws stayed for which I paid AC rate did not have a functioning AC. We called their front desk a million times and no one picked up the phone. "I didn’t like anything in this stinky hotel. I booked a super room. They gave a dusty dirty room with broken window, washroom without toilet tissue. They didn’t even have the courtesy to subtract the money for the cost of super room to the ordinary room. Totally unfair financial practice. "The room was really horrible. There was a very big fly and insect in the room. I did not sleep the whole night. The toilet was horrible and stained the wash sink was broken the water flooded in the bedroom. No body proper to handle any one guest checking. Manager srinivas is very inefficient. Too much of noise from other rooms. Wanted to inform that overall experience is pathetic for overseas customers. It seems ideal for very low end. Everything is very lowest standards. If Expedia is using these kind of hotels for their customers I rather not choose to book Expedia again."
