"I like you veything . I have lots of difficultés in comuniation and I arrive to the wrong place and no way to get I. Touch with no body, till one of the guess in that location was very helpful and get i. Touch with the people in charge and pick me at the location with the same name, litke frustration because I was traveling from Korea and it was 9,30 pm , so I say great service but I thought line all my reservations, that I was going to have my own bathroom. "Me and my partner had a one night stay here. I found the check in and check out process quite easy. We chose a room option that came with both kaiseki and a private outdoor bath. We both LOVED how relaxing it was to lounge in the outdoor bath, and while we are in a position to have Mt. Fuji views, we were not fortunate enough to experience it due to the cloudy/overcast weather. As nice as it was to experience the kaiseki, it was just OK. Our room was very spacious and I loved the addition of the kotatsu. I do want to note a disclaimer that there tend to be lots of mosquitoes during the fall, so I would definitely bring repellent of some kind if you intend to stay during the fall months. Overall, we both thoroughly enjoyed our night stay here."

"Staff was wonderful! Hung and the other young lady whose name I don’t remember, were so pleasant and friendly and helpful. The amenities are pretty minimalist and the location is not attractive or convenient to anywhere in the area. I don’t recall other prices in the area, so maybe it’s just an expensive area, but I felt it was overpriced for what it is. Thank goodness the staff is so welcoming and wonderful."

"This was the third hotel we had stayed in on the first leg of our Japan trip. First, check-in was very simple and the staff was courteous. Second, the room was surprisingly large and everything was clean and fresh. Third, the best part of the room was there was two twin beds and they were very comfortable. I don't understand why Japan hotels have ridiculously hard beds and pillows; very poor sleep. At the previous hotel I had to purchase a new and very nice pillow that I used for the rest of the trip. My wife and I slept very well. Our son/wife were in another room and they also experienced a nice sleep. Fourth, the shower was so great. I wish America had shower stalls like that. Fifth, the hotel provided coffee, tea, hot miso soup packs, cellphone cords for every type and a very nice comfortable lounge on the first floor. No breakfast but restaurants close by. Sixth; The hotel had individual packs of coffee bags (red and blue) and a hot water station on the floor and a kettle in the room. By far the best tasting coffee in Japan. My apologies but I raided the coffee and stashed in my bag. My wife and I enjoyed that coffee at the other 4 hotels we stayed. None of them had good coffee. Seventh, It poured rain on our second day but the hotel had complimentary umbrellas. Nice :) Eighth, The hotel is next door to the train station but you can't hear any noise. Ninth, did I mention that the bed was extremely comfortable and the coffee was oishii. Tenth, will go back again"

"初ホステルでしたが建物やお部屋、シャワーにトイレのどれも綺麗で快適でした！アットホームで温かい雰囲気の内装は居心地が良く、富士山駅やコンビニから徒歩5分の好立地で富士吉田エリアの散策にぴったりでした。設備が共用だけど洗面台は2階に4つもあるので快適に使えます。タオルは部屋とシャワー室に完備、石鹸やシャンプー、ボディソープなども用意されててホテルと遜色の無いサービスです。またらハロサイの駐輪ポートも近くにあり、駅には大型の荷物も入るコインロッカーがあるので出発前の散策も手ぶらで行えるのも嬉しいですね。チェックインもチェックアウトも煩わしくなく、ホテルよりも気楽な雰囲気が好みならぴったりなお宿だと思います。二日間ありがとうございました！"
