“The most amazing hotel in an equally amazing setting. From the river running past the bedroom window to the cosy log fire with the beautiful stag head above it, every detail was perfect. The décor was beautifully in keeping with the surroundings, with fly rods and antlers adding to the character and charm. “Upgraded room was very big, floors were quite creeky. Bathroom was nice. ”

“Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Arrived early and although did not expect to check in we were offered another room which was ready. We left car in car park and walked down town for lunch and checked in later. Room was super clean and well equipped. Breakfast was self service and plenty of choice Would have been nice to stay for longer !”
