Excellent location, close to all activities but at the same time quiet and relaxing. The hotel has lots of charm. Excellent breakfast buffet and very friendly staff. Highly recommended. If we go back to Arequipa definitely would stay there again.

Very cozy. Excellent breakfast and sauna. Very well located, just a couple of blocks from Plaza de Armas and lots of restaurants to choose from. Great get away for couples. We'll be back.

Superbe endroit, assez loin du bruit tout en étant proche du centre dynamique de la ville. La court intérieure est magnifique et apaisante. Le personnel toujours souriant, réactif et serviable. Le balcon n'avait une si belle vue, la douche passait du froid au chaud.

Very Nice Stay
Our room had the perfect view of one of the volcanoes. The staff were all very helpful and nice. We booked a massage and reserved their roman bath which turned out one of our favorite in this hotel. I am glad we booked this place.

La Hosteria staff Gardens and spectacular views
Alejandro and the other 2 girls helping up front were awesome! They made my life so easy despite a few minor challenges that week! I appreciate all of you and your help carrying up and down and the wonderful breakfasts and the late night pizza! Hope I can see all you next year. Gardens are AMAZING and this place is very tranquilo!

Fue muy agradable sin embargo en la publicidad indican que funciona un spa con masajes pero en en la fecha no funcionaba, tampoco estuvo activo el servicio de restaurante.

No nos indicó los servicios que tiene el hotel, no sabemos donde se queda la piscina, ni restaurante. Queríamos un city bus tour pero solo nos dijo el precio, sin saber nada detalle. y el bus tour fue desagradable.

Charmante hôtel, pas d'eau, staff réception nul.
Ne booker pas la chambre supérieure, elle est plus petite qu'une chambre normal (nous avons due extensionner notre séjour du à une inondation de la station d'autobus). Les deux chambres avaient pas d'eau chaude dans les douches. La salle de bain de la chambre supérieure était minuscule. Le staff de la réception avait aucun intérêt à nous donner un coup de main avait notre problème d'autobus. Au moment de prendre un taxi on nous avons demandé si elle pouvait nous appeler un taxi et la réceptionniste nous à indiqué d'aller dehors et de flagger un taxi ce qui nous aurait prit du temps s'en l'aide du garçon qui nous à aidé avec nos bagages. Nous avons décidé booker une autre hôtel pour notre troisième nuit a 500 mètres de cette hôtel dû à notre mécontentement. Beaucoup d'options à Arequipa où vous aurez j'en suis sûr un meilleur rapport qualité prix et de l'eau chaude.

It has a pretty courtyard with lovely plants and trees. But the hotel is outdated. We lost water and power multiple times through the week long stay. Towels, if there were any in my room, had stains on them. It’s a cute place but needs some attention

The front desk could have been a little friendlier, only one of them, the rest were good. The breakfast was very good and Victoria wonderful. I loved her homemade bread. The courtyard quaint. Great location.

We so enjoyed our stay.
We so enjoyed our stay, we wished we could have stayed longer. The hotel is in an old building full of character decorated in an eclectic style. Reception is in an arched room complete with chandelier and artwork. From reception you enter a courtyard shaded by mature trees. We enjoyed the artworks in the public areas. The rooms are simply and stylish – old furniture, white bed linen and well thought out storage. The bathroom had a deep bath. Outside our room were a quiet sitting room and a patio. Both welcome a place to rest. The views from the patio were spectacular – volcanos and sunsets. Breakfast was fresh – buffet style. The all-day filtered water and boiling water station was very much appreciated. The hotel offers a spa service that included a sauna, a hot spa bath and a warm plunge pool followed by the massage of your choice. We recommend spa – two hours of bliss. Thank you.

Ottima posizione anche se di notte un po' rumoroso. Bel giardino interno dove fare colazione. Camere un po' datate, qualche problema con acqua calda e luce fuori dalla stanza (poi risolti). Avevo prenotato una matrimoniale e ci hanno dato due letti separati (non richiesti).

J’ai beaucoup aimé le cadre très joli, le « format » de l’hotel est très atypique et plein de charme. Puisque l’hotel est très bien situé, le seul désavantage c’est que c’est Un peu bruyant la nuit.

La atención muy amable, el desayuno muy rico, la ubicación es muy buena. El desayuno es bastante agradable. Quizás el check in es un poco tarde y el check out muy temprano, podrían hacerse excepciones dependiendo de la disponibilidad de la habitación.

A gem in the centre!
The hotel is really beautiful, located in the centre, close to everything and very convenient. It has a very nice patio interior where you can have breakfast enjoying the good weather! One of the highlight of our staying in Arequipa!
