"Sooo disappointing. I can say it is 24hr because I arrived at 3am after a bus delay, BUT all else was horrible. Bed felt so old it left my back today in knots. No hot water and not even like-warm. The lone pillow was like a napkin it was so think and worthless. Floor was so dirty I tried not to think ..."
