“GUESTS ARE THIRSTY IN THIS HOTEL I stayed a week in this hotel. However, the hotel offer only one bottle of water on the first day I checked in. Despite the housekeeping, the staff never offer the water unless we don’t request separately when they come to the room. No fountain is available, YOU MUST PAY FOR THE WATER. I was informed that I can fill the bottle in the fitness room, nevertheless, since the fitness staff isn’t the hotel staff, while filling the water, the fitness staff told me...

“Negative review of a hotel where I booked a room for four people and found only one bed to sleep in with my husband and my two children. The staff were unpleasant and rude, and they told me I had to pay an extra charge. Even though the surcharge seemed excessive to me, I agreed to pay for an additional bed, but they never even brought it to the room. They didn’t seem to mind that four people were expected to sleep in one bed. We paid 250 euros, which is completely overpriced for what this hotel...

“When I arrived the hotel, main gate was locked and no guide to access in English. Following by German guide there was no key in the safe box. They didn't allocated a room before I come. I could hear dropping water sound during whole stay. Terrible service, bad room. Only good thing is the Cafe which is next door of the hotel. They provide decent breakfast.”

“Nice, cozy, clean, cpmfortable”

“Dirty bed cover ”

“Joe is the guy! Thank you Joe for your warm welcoming!”
