They let us check in early, that was wonderful and the staff was so nice! The location is convenient as well, however it is not as nice in real life as the photos suggest. There was a dent in our door, the floors were very stained, you can tell it hasn’t been updated in a long time. Overall it was a nice visit, nice and accommodating staff, convenient location, easy to access, just not as comfortable and nice as photos.

Nice and friendly hotel close to Arlanda Airport. Very friendly staff. I took the shuttle bus to the airport and forgot my phone on the seat - 7 Eleven called the hotel for me and 10 minutes later the bus came back with my phone.... super service I can higly recommend Scandic Arlandastad

Simple and business use

I usually use an another hotel (Aiden) but this time I chose a hotel closer to ARN.Well, it was my mistake. Although the hotel offers transfer service from/to airport, you need to book it advance.Then we waited the buss almost 1 hour. It was simple and information-less check-in. Our "King size" bedroom was simple. There were a big fan, a simple desk/chair.. no comfortable place to sit and relax for 2. I could recommend this hotel only for business travelers.

The room was poorly maintained. In the bathroom the shampoo dispenser was blocked. The conditioner dispenser was broken, wheni prised it open it had no dispensing tube and was in fact body lotion. There was no foot towel and towels very thin, I mean translucent (I’m not precious about fluffy towels either). The sink plug was broken and the automatic light switch in the bathroom wasn’t working. Finally the window wouldn’t close and the hotel is next to the main north-south Sweden motorway. It is a good location for Arlanda however.

The Standard Room had a bed, a chair and an ottoman. Hooks on the wall with two hangers. No horizontal surface to put your clothes or belongings on. No desk or dresser. We operated out of suitcases on the floor. At least the beds were comfortable!
