Room and property conditions where terrible, old not well maintained. The outside areas dirty as well. Rooms smelled bad. There was only one option for wifi paid public. This is not a 4* hotel by any means! Disappointing

ZERO

Pleasant Surprise

We booked in for two nights. Had some trepidation after reading prior reviews. Reception staff was very friendly and obliging. Area and rooms need some maintenance but we were comfortable. Room had sufficient cutlery and crockery to enable you to self cater. Lake outside our back door gave a lovely backdrop and we enjoyed walking around it and feeding the ducks. If you accept this place for what it is you will enjoy it.

DON'T GO THERE!!!

The hotel is classified with 3 stars - the room we got was not even close to one star! It was dirty, no linnen on the beds and pillows (instead there was plenty of sand in it), the fridge was dirty and contained leftovers from other guests etc. We complained and they wanted to swap us to another room in the same building which we did not wan't - all the same standard. Instead we got a newly renovated appartment for the night, which was actually fine. Also, they clame its 2,4 km from Arles - its not - it is 6 km from the center.

loin d'Arles
