“Cozy cottage. Very clean and everything you need is there. Nice kitchen and fireplace. Lots of room and 3 bathrooms as well. Reasonably close to the ski mountains. ”

“Best part: Breakfast and the views. Communication and follow through were not what I was hoping for. We reported fire ants being at the door on the first night. Received an email saying they would have a service person address it. Next morning the ants made their way into the room. I notified staff the next morning, in person, and was assured it was taken care of. We had ants the entire time, which because more and more of a problem, as one might expect. “Had a very nice overnight at the Brittany Motel. The room was clean and very well appointed. Parking is right at your door and most important for us they allow dogs. The check-in is all done on-line as there is no front desk or innkeeper on site, but it all worked well. In a high-end town like Manchester Center, VT the price is certainly reasonable. Definitely recommend a visit.”

“Tammy, the assistant inn keeper and restaurant manager was fantastic. She was attentive to every need. The restaurant staff was phenomenal as well highly recommend, it’s a little hidden gem off the beaten path. I will definitely return. Had a fabulous time.”

“NO FRONT DESK NO HOUSE KEEPING ( 4 nights !!) No Coffee ( machine broken) No sparkling water ( CO2 cylinder empty) ROOM : very small BATHROOM: even smaller, not even a toilet brush. (Remember NO HOUSE KEEPING) STAFF: hardly seen any. HOT TUB: broken handle cover All in all very badly managed and maintained hotel. I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone. Definitely not coming back.”
