"The bedding was so wrinkled it look unwashed. The bed was so poorly made it looked like whoever stayed in the room last had made the bed themselves and housekeeping just left it alone. Worst made and most unclean hotel bed I have ever seen. The only reason I didn’t give a lower rating is because overall the property was really nice otherwise."

"Room was clean but did have a musty smell. Construction going in and restaurant on site not open and nothing noted about this in booking. Breakfast extremely minimal and no decaf coffee available."

"Hotel was nice. The TV was difficult for me to get to work. Had a Google interface. Had to try and stream TV from phone. Of course, if you know how to work it. I’m sure you may have a different experience. Otherwise. Was quiet and slept well"

"When I checked in they did not have the room that they were supposed to available for me which was already an inconvenience. They did not offer any alternative or anything to apologize for this, just told me I'd be in a service room and hope that's okay because that's all they have. The shower was not working which I did not find out until I was getting ready in the morning and was not able to get anybody to come fix it quick enough before my event, and the reception staff was not very friendly in general. At checkin the person just kept reminding me how everything cost money here, It was not a very professional presentation! The rooms very spacious and clean. The windows are very thin and sounded like they were open, wind, traffic every noise was very apparent. The property looked nice but with he service provided at checkin I did not feel like experiencing any of the amenities."
