“The rooms are spacious, but our room had a dip/depression on one area of the floor. The room was clean, but the bathroom (shower & toilet) floor under the towel bars was not clean. It was interesting checking in, as there is not a obvious place to check in. I knocked on the door of the house attached to the motel and a gentleman didn't realize we had a reservation and helped us check in.”

“Everything was welcoming from check in to check out. Room was clean and spacious. Property is beautiful if you just wanted to veg outdoors. It’s fairly close to Manchester and apple picking is right down the road. If I were to be in the area again, I would definitely stay here again.”

“I was turned away and they said they would cancel my reservation due to them not wanting to turn the heat on. If it is not reversed I’ll report them to the police, the local better business bureau and other consumer and law enforcement agencies. I’m former military and college professor of emergency management and homeland security, I’m not putting up with this negligence.”

“The woman who checked us in was wonderful. However, the rooms were listed as having two queen beds. They were full size beds and way to small for four people in the room. Sheet was stained, pleather chair was flaking and wall lights were all crooked.”
