Beautiful property with amazing views! Amenities were all great. Room was amazing and the staff were great!! Food is top notch. The only thing not great is the gnats/midges. Trust me, you need to bring bug spray. Other than that, the experience was amazing at this hotel

Gorgeous location, architecture and space. Food is really good and staff at the restaurant is super friendly and specifically after a few days really try to connect with you. All staff does need some more training in anticipation and hospitality, management has clearly put in too many rules wich restricts them from truly thinking how to create true memories as they want. Beautiful hotel and views. Restaurant is excellent (food and service). For the prices paid, service in the rest of the hotel could be better. Prices for the day tours are abusive, which doesn’t feel right given how much guests already paid to stay in the hotel (I did many of the same day tours at the same vendors for 30% their price… hotel must be taking a huge cut).
