We had a great stay, the hotel is clean, welcoming and full of amenities. Breakfast was amazing! Very rich and high quality. Spacious rooms and iverall pretty comfortable. No complaints

It’s a great hotel, very spacious rooms, nice interior design in the main entrance and areas, the whole vibe is luxurious and modern. The beds are comfortable, the personnel is friendly and professional, the food is really good. Then the area around is so beautiful, definitely go to park de Hoge Veluwe and take a bike, or go for a hike. Stunning!

The hotel was out of town which was fine lovely and quiet the breakfast set up was excellent and the the whole facilities and the staff were also excellent , the bar should have stayed open abit later for guests as after 2 hectic nights out we needed a drink or a coffee to relax after the eagles nite as the city transport back to hotel at 11pm it’s a shame that was very stressful but the hotel was very nice and we all enjoyed our stay

Great hotel

Great hotel with super service and great food Room were big but furniture very old ( not as the photos shows) bathroom big but there was a step up to the bathroom which was not nice, also there was no toilet bucket close to toilet. It was under the sink. We could go from our room to outside which was nice since we had a dog with us.

I feel I overpaid for the room based on the following: Room was not clean. Sheets had dirt on them and the walls in washroom area were greasy. Shower was missing glass and it made a mess while showering. No breakfast was included even at this room price. The breakfast buffet was amazing! 10/10

Old hotel. Bar was already closed when I arrived at 22.50. I only use it when a really need to be on the outskirts of Arnhem. Luckily the price is relatively cheap. Perhaps they realise that the cannot ask more for it. The van der valk chain has much better hotels.

Fitness center is not 24h. It opens at 10:00. Hallways and upper floors a bit noisy. Otherwise a very comfortable stay.

Super dated room. Bathroom looked like it hadn't been renovated since the 70s. The room smelled of sweaty feet and wouldn't air out. Popcorn ceiling and walls with no decorations made it look slightly more cheery than a jail cell. On top of all that, the walls were paper thin and you could hear everything your neighbors were doing and when they were walking on the floor above. Would never stay here again.

The room and bathroom are very spacious, but it's time to renovate the rooms and furnutures. TV has very limited channels. Poor room and bathroom amenities. Make sure you scan the var code to get all hotel information as soon as you check-in. I wake-up one morning and call for room service breakfast, but they didn't take my order, because I had to select my order on a piece of card and hang it outside the door before 2AM. On our last stayed, we were wake-up by loud bangs on the roof. When asking at reception, what is all that noise that is coming since 7am from the roof, they informed that they were busy with roof repair. There was notification in advance to inform of this maintenance activity. After staying at Van der Valk Eindhoven best, that was so nice, I had the same expectation for this hotel and it was a disappointment. It was loke comparing a 5 star with a 2-1/2 star. The are is quiet in a remote area, with nothing at walking disstance.

Tijdens het diner wat onervaren personeel. Geen bordjes bij het voorgerecht, geen lepel bij de appelmoes. Ook moesten we vragen om een kinderstoel en werd de gewone stoel er evengoed tussen gelaten en niet weggehaald waardoor het krap werd aan tafel. We misten echt gewoon een beetje gastvrijheid en enthousiasme van het personeel om er voor ons een leuk verblijf van te maken. Alsof ze er geen zin in hadden.

Mooi hotel, fijne comfortabele kamer

Uitstekend hotel, helemaal gemoderniseerd, fijne kamer, zalig bed, grote badkamer. Alleen looproute naar congrescentrum Papendal (waarvoor ik kwam) is hopeloos, je moet over de autoweg lopen.

Buitenkant ziet er nog oud uit qua vorm maar goed onderhouden. Binnen is alles modern en netjes. Prima kamer met zeer ruime badkamer (junior suite). Zeer gemakkelijk dat er een restaurant en bar aanwezig is waar uitgebreid kan worden gegeten, zowel avondeten als ontbijt.
