Lovely property, amazing pool, beautiful apartments. WiFi was not great also we requested our room to be cleaned but no one came so we had no cleaning service for 5 days but otherwise very happy and pleased with our stay

We loved our stay here as a family of four. The staff were so friendly and helpful and could not do more for us. I would personally steer away from the restaurant and breakfast, it’s over priced and it’s not that good. Go out for dinner and grocery store your own breakfast. Other than that tho it was perfect!

Lovely Hotel with a spectacular pool area. However a little out of the way and if you don't have your own transport or use the bus, Taxis can become quite expensive.

This was our second stay and our expectations from last year were met once again. The staff are wonderful, nothing is too much trouble and they always have a smile. The hotel is so clean, feels so safe and inviting and the option of an apartment to ensure a proper bed each for our family of four (not pull outs) was a game chnager for our teenage children. The pool, crazy golf & various entertainment provided were all in exceptional condition. Breakfast was the same each day, howevere with such variety on offer, it was hard not to mix it up. We used the shuttle bus to the beach each day and found using taxi's very smooth for evening trips out. The local supermarket is small but well stocked & the little restaurant next door does wonderful food for a quieter meal than down by the seafront. Over all, we love this resort and hotel & would recommend it in a heartbeat to families, couples and friends.

Needs updating

The hotel is in a quite location and set out nicely with parking, the rooms are large, the kitchen has all the items needed apart from a washing machine and a dishwash. The bedroom and bathroom could with updating air conditioning unit cracked and a strange 5 litre water bottle wedge in it, tap have lost the chrome finish they are so old, mirror in bathroom cracked, it’s time to update the whole place.

Great hotel poor atmosphere

Had a lovely couple days at this hotel everything screamed luxury! When we arrived we were greeted by Bruno and he really set our holiday off to a good start he was welcoming, we mentioned we had a car to explore and he recommended some amazing places, thank you Bruno! The weather wasn’t great but we were in for a treat when we discovered the pool is heated, we didn’t really use the facilities as the pool had no music or atmosphere. The evenings were also as lovely was a wake so we got a taxi into town for around 12/15 euro

Wonderful stay

The hotel is really wonderful. Yes, it could use a little facelift but everything is clean and the overall atmosphere is really great. We had a condo with a jacuzzi and a rooftop terrace and it was just awesome. The views were amazing and the room was clean and really big. Drinks at the swim up bar, really good and affordable. Minigolf was and awesome addition! The staff made the stay. Bruno at the front desk and the pool bar guys, thanks! Always attentive service and welcoming spirit. I hope we had stayed longer! Taxi to the citycenter is 10€. Can be ordered from the reception. Only complaint, the gym really needs a renovation!

Central areas of hotel are lovely. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are in need of a refurb but that’s reflected in the price. Bar on site closes early. This place is ideal if you want a quiet holiday. Restaurant and supermarket up the hill from here. Not particularly suitable for those with mobility issues. Bus stop a five minute walk away. Taxis between 8-10 euros to Los Cristianos, Las Americas. 12 Euros to Costa Adeje. Free bus to beach from hotel at 10:30. Returns at 17:30. Go for bus early as it fills up quickly and it departs at 10:30 sharp

It's a nice hotel with lots of lovely features (games room,pool tables, table tennis, dart board, chess, library, mini golf amongst other things), but could do with a bit of tlc and attention to detail. The pool is lovely but had lots of grit and the grouting was quite dirty. Communal areas are nice but could generally do with a deep clean or a refresh. We had a self catering apartment that could sleep up to 4, but there's no wardrobe space in the front room, the kitchen units are very high so you have to stand on a step, there's only one small frying pan and one smallish cooking pot, no medium sized glasses only small tumblers or wine glasses. Would also benefit from a little shop onsite. There is a vending machine with a small supply but a can of coke is 3.50 which seems excessive. We'd stay again, but we got a really good deal for this trip and if we had paid 'normal' price we might have been disappointed. Car recommended.

Piscina enorme spettacolare panoramica a 30° con a lato jacuzzi e getti d'acqua e bar acquatico, tutto meraviglioso. Struttura di alto livello, belle camere nuove spaziose pulite, letti comodi, bagni grandi, arredo curato e dettagli molto piacevoli. Soggiornato in 4 a inizio settembre, camere familiari con accesso diretto alla piscina ottime. Tanti altri servizi eccellenti. Colazione abbondante e per tutti gusti in stile americano e con anche molta frutta. Presente un delizioso e amabile gattino quale mascotte benvoluto da tutti che è stato il plusvalore aggiunto al nostro piacevolissimo soggiorno. Ci ritornerei!

Cela fait la deuxième fois que nous séjournons dans cet hôtel, il est parfait pour une famille de 4, les appartements sont spacieux et les terrasses très agréable, la piscine est très grande. L’hôtel est un petit peu éloigné de la ville, ce qui le rend plus calme, mais plus loin de beaucoup de commerce, il faut donc prendre la voiture ou un taxi pour faire des courses ou aller au restaurant.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön gestaltet, bräuchte nur ein paar Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, mit Küche und wir hatten eine wunderschöne Terrasse. Das Essen ist ok. Der absolute Pluspunkt des Hotels ist die Atmosphäre. Man kann hier einfach die Seele baumeln lassen und entspannen. Es ist eine gute Mischung aus Familien, Paaren, Freunden. Die einen hängen an der Poolbar, die Kinder spielen Ball im Wasser und es stört sich auch niemand daran, wenn sie hineinspringen, abends waren bei uns Bingo und Karaoke hoch im Kurs - jeder macht irgendwie was er will und trotzdem ist es immer angenehm ruhig. Der Pool ist beheizt und das beste - man darf ihn bis 22 Uhr benutzen. So kann man einen Ausflug machen (Parkplatz ist kostenfrei) und danach nochmal im Pool den Tag ausklingen lassen. Ein Auto ist zu empfehlen, dann kommt man schnell an den Strand oder in 50 Min zum Teide. Die Animation ist unaufdringlich und authentisch, ganz ohne 3 Oktaven zu lautem Geschrei. Einmal haben wir sogar eine private Minidisco bekommen, als keine anderen Kinder da waren und unsere Jungs fanden es richtig toll. Wir würden wieder kommen, vielleicht als Selbstversorger und dann nach Bedarf das Essen in Anspruch nehmen.

Es war ein toller Ort um sich zu erholen , der Pool ist riesig . Alles ist sehr sauber . Die Apartments sind sehr groß . Die Mitarbeiter waren äußerst freundlich .Die Anlage war noch besser als erwartet . Zu Unternehmungen ist es nicht weit . Entspannung und Ausgehen sind nur 10 min voneinander entfernt .

Overall in most areas the hotel is very tired looking and needs a considerable amount spent on upgrades. Nice pool area with plenty of sun beds but again these are very worn. Large pool area but not at all clean. Nice setting in the hills and only a 10 min drive to Los Christianos. Without a car you would be very isolated.

Nice location but good to have own transport

We had a short break here in February. The accommodation met our needs but did feel that it could do with upgrading. Location was great and it was nice to be away from the main coastal areas. The pool area was lovely and there were plenty of sun loungers available. Reception staff always friendly and welcoming and were very helpful in helping to arrange for the return of an item I left behind.

Bra lägenhetshotell, ren och trevlig med flera badrum i lägenheten. Bra service i receptionen, restaurangen och i poolbaren. Lite tråkigt mat i restaurangen och fanns bara en restaurang i gångavstånd som var varken bra eller prisvärd tyvärr.

Great Hotel.

That was a really pleasant stay in Regency The apartmenta are very confortable, the staff is very kind, the locations is great (better if you are by car) and the swimming pool is a must. Very recommended.
