“The room was really nice and cozy, yet not that clean.(dusty and garbage from previous guests under the bed). The location is good. It is really near the train station and it has good restaurants and cafes around. From the beach and the old town its a 10-15min walk. Staff not that welcoming and never in the reception for assistance. However in general the property is a good option its just needs some more care.”

“Ce n'est pas un grand palace, mais les chambres que j'ai vues, les salles d'eau et les circulations ont été entièrement refaites à neuf. C'est très propre et fonctionnel, tout en gardant quelques éléments vintage. J'ai trouvé le diner et petit déjeuner simples, copieux et goûteux. Le pain bagnat pour le pique-nique était inattendu et excellent. Le personnel s'est montré très aimable et accueillant. Localisation dans un tout petit village, complètement intégré à la vie des habitants.”

“Was ist ein wunderschöner alter Palazzo, der mit viel Liebe ins Detail restauriert wurde. Es ist wirklich wunderschön in so einem Ambiente übernachten und essen zu dürfen. Auch unser Wunsch nach einer früheren Frühstückszeit wurde und sofort erfüllt.”

“The place is a large farmhouse, 1000 years ago it was used by farming monks. 15 minutes from Barcelonette and everything the Ubaye valley and the Mercantour have to offer (We're hikers, but folks come here to bike or drive their Porsches on mountain roads too). Diane and Frederic are wonderful and attentive hosts and the home made breakfast will definitely make you come for more.”
