"The small roads close to the hotel are tricky to drive on, but there's plenty of parking once you're there. Nice helpful people, and the rooms are amazing - more space than we knew what to do with and everything felt new. The bed was fantastic, super-comfortable. "One of those reviews you're excited to write about as soon as you leave [didn't want to leave but I had to...]! What a beautiful hotel, restaurant and location! We had a balcony facing the water and it was special waking up in the morning to the view and having a balcony to really take it in. The beaches were so quaint and relaxing along the whole coast and it was so easy getting into Trogir from there too! From the moment we arrived we were greeted by the really kind owner of this beautiful place, she made sure we were comfortable and ready to relax! We reserved a table for dinner at the restaurant and it was amazing, the food, drinks and service were hands down some of the best while we travelled Croatia for 10 days! We still think about the octopus carpaccio and fish dishes we ordered! Breakfast was beautifully presented and had so many different options of fresh foods. Everything is made in house! It felt so safe and like home at this hotel, it was our favourite stay and one we will never forget. Thank you Ivanka and staff, we wish you all the best always! - Kelly from Canada :)"

"Split is a beautiful coastal city surrounded by mountains, rocky landscapes, and the sea. There are lovely beaches where you can swim, and the city enjoys plenty of sunshine. However, although Split is already a popular tourist destination, its transport services do not always seem able to meet the demand. Finding a taxi can be extremely difficult—not only during peak hours, but even at around 6 a.m. or 10 p.m. On several occasions, no driver accepted my requests on either Uber or Bolt. This makes accommodation outside the most convenient areas quite difficult to reach. If you encounter this problem, it may help to ask your hotel or accommodation host to arrange a taxi. Local residents appear to use additional taxi services and can often find a car much more easily. Apart from the transportation issue, my overall experience of Split was pleasant. The natural scenery, beaches, sunshine, and setting between the mountains and the sea make it well worth visiting."

"We were travelling as a family of four from the UK. There was enough space to park the car when we arrived, the room was nice and clean with a fantastic view of the sea, also it had a balcony with a couple of chairs, the staff couldn't help you enough. The included breakfast was a continental with all sorts of pastries even fried eggs and sausages. Couple of restaurants nearby or if you fancied it there was a small supermarket below the hotel which was very well stocked for a snacky snack. Would visit again I'm sure"

"Our stay was excellent. Everything to make our stay perfect had been thought about and provided by our charming host. Spotlessly clean. Beautiful linens & towels. High quality furnishings & a superb & very comfortable bed. Mosquito nets on all the windows & patio doors . Our host went out of her way to make our stay wonderful. Without any hesitation I would recommend Villa del Sogno to anyone that appreciates a home from home. Near to good facilities, beaches & restaurants locally and only 15 mins by car to the charming town of Trogir. Also only 20 mins from Split airport. Please book, you will not be even a little disappointed. We cannot recommend our stay highly enough."
