“The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The restaurant was willing to accommodate our dietary restrictions without any issues. Juma went above and beyond to help with a vegan diet. The room was clean and the grounds/garden were beautiful. The hotel could use some upgrades, but they make up for that with their amazing staff!”

“The place is what you pay for I guess. You'd think £60 would go farther in Tanzania but apparently not, Arusha is expensive. Basically, rooms are like prison cells, bathrooms terrible, and it took a few tries to find a room with working aircon. Staff were friendly enough if a little inefficient. What is with having to ask for toilet paper all the time - just have some in the room, its a basic necessity!!!”

“We were taking the shuttle bus to Nairobi and we were picked up at this hotel. Very clean but the amenities are sparse: 1 towel, 1 bottle of water, 1 soap, no shampoo. Bathroom needs attention, no lighting above sink, faucet turns at base when turned on. Hot water for shower is a plus.”
