Beautiful resort style hotel. Everything you need onsite. Onsen was nice. The private onsen on the rooms deck was very nice. Nice staff. only food I had was at the cafeteria style restaurant they have. Very good food and reasonably priced

露天風呂の景観をもう一歩工夫を？ フロントの大泉さん。 ５月１2日　貴重品の忘れ物をしましたが、早朝の✈に間に合うべく空港からのタクシー往復時間帯を考慮され、タクシー到着と同時に素早く玄関口下へ降りて来られ、手渡しで受け取りました。 おかげ様で航空機の時間に間に合いました。 素晴らしいご対応ありがとうございます。 私達は美瑛中学校を６６年前に卒業、旭川で同窓会を行い翌日「花神楽」にお世話になりました。 尚、７月9日いとこ会を27名の参加者が「花神楽」にお世話になりました。 初めて「花神楽」の体験で素晴らしい施設が旭川空港の傍に有り、良きところと思っておりました、、、、、、この度の大泉さんのご対応に「花神楽」ファンになりました。 ありがとうございます。

想像以上に良かったです。到着が遅くなり、真っ暗でちょっと怖かったですが、朝目覚めて外を見たらロケーションも良く、到着が遅かったのが悔やまれました(笑)次回はもっと早い時間に到着する予定を立てて、お伺いしたいと思います。

所謂日帰り温泉の宿泊施設です 温泉好きが選ぶ場所ではありません 朝夕の食事はまあまあ ビュッフェの料理にハエがいました 部屋は素敵でしたが、タバコ臭い、禁煙者には耐えられないです 係の人に訴えても消臭スプレーを渡されたのみ、暫くすると効果が無くなります 料金そこそこ取られますし、口コミの評価が高いので期待してしまいましたが、失敗です

房間夠大, 一列十多呎大窗面向廣濶田野！溫泉設施充足, 室內, 露天, 桑拿房, 還有冷凍地下水池, 可以亨受舒適的三溫暖！早餐, 晚餐質量也不錯！

露天風呂から山が見えてとても気持ち良かったです。日帰り入浴の方が大勢いらしたせいか、お風呂のお湯があまり綺麗ではなかったのが気になりました。もう少しお湯が新しいお湯が流れ込んでくると良かったです。スタッフの方の対応は親切でした。

周囲の自然環境、温泉、露天風呂は最高。ただし、ホテル併設の温泉は住民の近場日帰り温泉的な役割も同時に果たしているため、フロント、浴場がやや混雑しており、純粋な宿泊施設としてのホテル的には今一つでした。

ホテルに着き、部屋が遠く母を車椅子に乗せて車椅子を押しながら荷物（液体の薬💊衣類など）を運ぶのが手首が腱鞘炎になるかと思いました。今回学んだ事は荷物はあとから運ぶべきだと思いました。良い勉強をさせて貰いありがたかたかたっです。 食事とお風呂は対応が良かったです。
