"Staff were very courteous and helpful. The facilities, especially the women’s public bath, were well maintained and cared for. Although we did not need to park a car, the attached parking garage is very convenient for those who come via car. There is a tax-free drugstore that sells all kinds of souvenirs on the ground floor and adjacent to the hotel. Breakfast was very good with lots of varieties. We stayed for 3 nights and didn’t get tired of the food. For the three breakfasts that we had, they offered the same entrees. Not sure if they change the food choices.
Room was very small but after a day, you get used to it.
Overall, a good hotel for the price."
"Awesome location about 10 mins walk from the Asahikawa station. The check in and check out procedures are done via self service with clear instructions..The onsite parking spot makes it easier for our day trips to nearby cities with a rental car."
"Went in the summer and got a family rooms with 4 beds. Sufficent space for 2 adults and 2 young kids.
Awesome breakfast. Though the spread was the same throughout our 3 days stay. The marinated diced sashimi rice was my daily fuel.
Hotel parking (located next to the hotel) is limited and we had to park in one of the affiliated carparks for one of the nights. So it's good to locate a few of these carparks beforehand if you are driving.
Staff was friendly. They were also willing to help accept my online shopping delivery. Do message them for instructions."
"Accidentally booked a smoking room, they helped change that at no charge when we got there. The room was massive and the bed was very comfy. Plenty of parking but, they were a little hard to find at first."
"Room was clean, breakfast choices were very good. The staff were helpful and the hotel is positioned in the centre of town convenient to transport, shops and cafes."
