"The service and hospitality of the hotel was awesome!!
A real surprise for us!!Keep it up with the good work and great service!!Will come back again for sure!!
the only down side is the room is a bit small for our deluxe twin room with 2 x 29 inch luggage and the foldable table was small.Luckily, there have a big and luxury lounge area for hotel guest to rest and have a great seating ffor us to have a snack and relax with simple nice welcome lemon water and tea.!!I Is awesome!! overall is a great 16 long nites for 3 of us!! Simply love it!!!!!

Onyado Nono Asakusa Natural Hot Springs
4/10 Poor
"I dont get the good reviews. Good ameneties terrible service
The good:
1. Hotel rooms are clean and beds are big.
2. Onsen is nice and clean, though you have to cover up if you have any tattoos. Snacks and refreshments are provided as well after the bath.
3. They provide a complementary supper every night, kitchen staff is friendly and courteous.
4. Free washing machine
The bad:
1. The staff here can be incredibly rude and cold. We were not greeted by anyone when we first entered the hotel nor were we given an explanation of their no shoes policy.
2. When my wife asked for a new towel at the reception, the young man attending the front desk sighed and rolled his eyes at her. We are respectful people and have done nothing to elicit that sort of response.
The ugly:
After returning home, I realized I may have left a valuable item in the hotel room. I tried numerous times contacting the hotel on expedia (where there was prior communication) but got no response.
I even tried calling the front desk twice. First time, the front desk girl seemed like she was unable to communicate fluently but she gave me an email address: Inn-nonoasakusa@dormy-hotel.com which I reached out to and got no response.
Second time a man picked up and straight up said he does not speak English and made no further effort to communicate with me despite my attempts. He ended up just hanging up without saying anything. This is not service that i expect from a 4 star hotel. Horrible experience, beware.

Richmond Hotel Premier Asakusa International
10/10 Excellent
"Very nice staff and they were always helpful. The hotel location was excellent. We didn’t eat at the hotel although the breakfast food looked great. We don’t eat big breakfasts, though. The room was clean and nice. The coffee machine was excellent, too! We enjoyed seeing the Skytree Tower from the lobby and by the elevators. Laundry machines were convenient although in high demand. Asakusa Tobu Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"This is my favorite place to stay in Tokyo, the area is gorgeous with so much to do and see in walking distance and the hotel is directly across the street from the Asakusa Station which makes getting around Tokyo a breeze. The room was spacious enough for me and very clean, comfortable, modern and quiet. I love this hotel and location, cannot wait to return!"

HOTEL AMANEK Asakusa Sakurabashi
6/10 Okay
"Pros: superb Asakusa location, city bus 42 stops outside doors! Senso-ji temple and sumida riverwalk during Sakura were perfect! Staff very friendly and attentive. Liked the lounge area upstairs but balcony not open which would have been nice to enjoy.
Cons: smallest bathroom yet (like a camper size), no view or proper ventilation (window did open up a crack and room had fan system no a/c), buffet breakfast ok but not great as hot beverage machine usually broken down. 2 laundry machines for whole building is not enough and they’re not free to use. No public bath or fitness facilities."

Tosei Hotel Cocone Asakusa
10/10 Excellent
"We just stayed here and really enjoyed it. It is so close to Senso-ji and convenient.
The staff are AMAZING. We asked for a taxi to a train station so we can make it to the airport and not only were they so willing to help, the one staff member wrote down a note for the taxi driver to take us to a train station entry with an elevator for all our luggage.
Really appreciated that level or detail and kindness.
Definitely recommend! "
