"The room was decent. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was just ok. There was a bar and pool outside that no one used during my stay. The area is safe and Kumasi Mall is a short walk away where there are many food and drink options, etc. it was around a 20-25 minute taxi ride to the Kejetia area and palace and museums."

"I thought this place was comfortable with helpful staff and good amenities. We particularly enjoyed the large verandah for evening cocktails. The only issues were that the television had no service the first night and there was a low-flow issue with the bathroom faucet. My husband thought the place was old-fashioned and needed updating, but I thought it was charming; I liked the breakfasts and having access to a full kitchen. And I thought Agnes was lovely!"

"Everything was going well until I had an issue at the restaurant. After I paid for my meal, the staff returned without my full change and said they didn’t have any. This kind of situation is far too common and often feels like a deliberate way of shortchanging customers. I wasn’t pleased, and I made it clear that I would have gladly tipped more than the amount withheld. Service providers can and should do better. Customers shouldn’t have to ask for their exact change, no matter how small"
