“We very much enjoyed our stay. Classic old hotel. Very clean and well maintained. Room was large comfortable and updated. Location right next to the beach. We will certainly stay again. ”

“Location of this hotel is amazing. Everything else was just ok. Rooms were clean. Women at front desk didn't know much about parking or where to eat. Also the blinds were sheer so everyone could see in the room at night and the room was light as soon as the sun came up. That drove me crazy. ”

“It was barely a step up from a motel. The bathroom had a really small tub and tiles that were stained and mildewy. The TV kept losing signal . I booked a king room with a couch and they gave me a queen . Travelled with my cousin . She booked a separate room. They didn’t have a room for her because they said if you choose the Expedia ‘pay at property’ option you don’t have a reserved room. I chose the pay in advance option . I never knew that if you don’t pay in advance on Expedia that you...

“The room was very nice and the giant windows overlooking the beach were fantastic! Modern room, comfortable and well kept. We were here in the off season, so no pool or bar was expected, but we were surprised there was also no ice machine in April. The location was quiet and close to Seabright and Highlands food and shopping. Overall, we had a great stay.”

“Lovely family-owned and -run B n B. Hosts are super friendly, good communication. All types of guests, it seemed. Street parking easy this time of year. It was raining, but cute downtown main st shopping. Would love to come back! My hubbie would like softer toilet paper, lol. This room is on the third floor, lots of stairs. Breakfast was egg bake, toast, yogurt, oatmeal and mini Drakes coffee cakes! ”

“Had an excellent stay; missed only a table/chair for Internet use in the room (WiFi worked well). Everything was comfortable, in good condition, and the location was quiite convenient for the family wedding at The Mill.”

“Dead bugs in the tub. Zero hot water in the sink or shower. The toilet did not completely flush EVER. Third party to reach to get WiFi. Room was freezing. Had the room heater on 90 for the first 6 hours to get the room warm-ish. Mattress was not great. The dual charger by the nightstand did not work. Had to unplug the fridge to plug in my phone. Sink by the door in a tiny nook. Sink marble and backsplash weren’t even similar. Construction was going on.”

“The staff was wonderful. The room had some issues but the staff tried to help fix them. The parking lot was tricky to get into. Breakfast was nice although not wonderful it sufficed. We only stayed for one night. The room size was good and it had a microwave and mini fridge.”
