“The reception staff were helpful. Restaurant staff unfriendly like we were an interruption to their day.”

“This is a fantastic hotel! Our stay has been a great experience. The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff has gone above and beyond to make sure anything we needed was provided. This hotel may be my destination of choice when I am in Amman.”

“I enjoyed my stay at the Ambassador Hotel. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. However, one thing was a bit disturbing: the loud music from the evening parties. Unfortunately, the noise made it difficult for me to sleep. I hope the hotel can take steps to manage the noise levels, especially during late hours, so that guests can enjoy a more peaceful and comfortable stay..”

“Zaid was amazing he went above and beyond to help get my reservation sorted out very welcoming and helpful! Had a great stay ”

“It was good”

“Staff were helpful, poor cleaning, poor breakfast, expensive hotel with low to medijm facilities, many options with same facilities and half price are availabe in shmesani.”

“Great stay. Will stay here again”
