"There was a large puddle of water right outside of the elevator on the 4th floor. It was there during our entire 3-day stay. There were no safety cones or warning signs. Very dangerous. Extremely negligent. Such a safety hazard should have been quickly resolved."

Nothing like walking into a shop and asking for a sampler of their favorite smokey delights, then walking out later with a selection of 4 , including tasso, several sausages and some rib bones and a pig knuckle for the dogs.
