"Small room with no real AC, barely big enough for the two of us and our bags. Uncomfortable bed. Tiny shower. Toilet positioned awkwardly so there was no place for our legs if we tried to sit on it normally, we had to sit down on the toilet sideways. Reasonably close to the airport with a shuttle (not free, $7pp each way). The receptionist in the morning would not keep all of our bags, He would accept our two rollers, but not our travel backpacks due to “not enough space.” But we were just in Barcelona in much smaller hotels with much smaller baggage areas and had no issue storing our bags. No real motivation to try and be helpful or accommodating (I’m on crutches, can’t really lug bags through London). Overall, after this experience and our stay at Ibis in Barcelona (which was MUCH better by comparison) I don’t think we’ll ever stay at an ibis property ever again. Spend some extra money for a better product."
London Wembley International Hotel

"I stayed at a hotel in Wembley, UK, conveniently located close to Wembley Stadium, which makes it an excellent choice if you are attending an event there. The location is definitely the strongest feature, as it allows easy walking access to the stadium and nearby amenities. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The car park space is quite limited, which may be inconvenient for guests arriving by car, especially on busy event days. In addition, the WiFi performance was rather inconsistent during my stay. It tended to be slow and would frequently disconnect, particularly when the hotel was fully booked during a football match day. When I raised this with a staff member, I was advised that the issue is related to high guest usage during peak times. I was also informed that the connection tends to improve after midnight, once most guests are offline and the network is less congested. Overall, the hotel is a suitable option for its excellent location near Wembley Stadium, but guests should be aware of potential parking limitations and variable WiFi performance during peak occupancy periods."

"I have stayed here a few times now as a convenient venue for morning flights. The Hoppa Bus stops here. I have also had a few conferences here in earlier years before I retired. Imagine my delight when, this time, I had a room upgrade. Thank you!"

"Clean room, excellent service staff, USB outlets and AC power doesn't work, except if using UK plugs. Alarm clock dysfunctional. Air Conditioning stuck on 23° Celsius. Had to borrow or pay €10 for UK to US converter. Thankfully they loaned me the converter. Just came in 8:45pm and left 5:30am for next day flight. Service is excellent."

"The elevator was broken so we had to carry all our luggage up several flights of stairs. The lobby restroom was out of order. The connected bar had a DJ and lights blaring until well after 1:30 in the morning-we had to wake at 4:00 for an early flight, no rest. Hotel needs some major updates."
Hilton Garden Inn London Heathrow Terminal 2 and 3

"This is our second time staying at the Hilton Garden Inn at Heathrow. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is extremely helpful. The location is incredible, especially if you have an early flight out of terminals 2 or 3. The Sky Lounge on the 14th floor is really cool. My only compliant is that I have celiacs (GF) and there are no small bites at the lounge worth ordering. Besides that, it's a great hotel. "
