"They put me in an accessible room. The AC button was broken therefore I couldn’t turn it on. It was already past midnight and I had an early flight the next day so I didn’t feel like going back to the service desk to request a new room. Rooms don’t really have a lot of noise control. I was able to hear what the person in the room next to me was doing. The room I was in was outdated, there was a panel on the wall that fell down as soon as I pressed it. Keep in mind that panel controlled the light and the AC in the room. The closet door when I tried to open it, it fell off its hinge. Just an outdated room,"
