"We had an overall great stay, just like last year. We love how warm and inviting the entire experience is - cider and cookies and popcorn! My son left his backpack in our room and Clarisa took it to UPS to have it shipped to our house. Clarisa is probably the best part of our experience - she’s welcoming, helpful, and genuinely interested in the guests. Aspen is lucky to have this hotel for those of us who don’t have oodles of $ but still love to visit this town. Please don’t ever sell :). "

Front desk staff Elizabeth spoke with me weeks before our trip about my reservations and went above to help us have a great room with a nice view.
