“Very clean, two minute to the beach, and very nice pool! Only downside is no wi-fi and you can't hook up a console or streaming device to watch streaming apps. Also wish there was more parking. Thankfully we were always able to get to a spot before it was full but late night goers may struggle. Definitely a nice spot for those who don't care about that stuff and close to the beach.”

“We have been visiting Chincoteague for many years and understand that many of the hotels are older, which has never been an issue for us. This trip, we decided to try Birchwood Inn instead of our usual accommodations. Upon arrival, the office sign indicated it was open, but the door listed three different phone numbers to call for assistance. “Terrible couldn't sleep. Dog next door barking all night. Guy puts dog outside it's growling at my door couldn't get out of fly infested room staff seeing all this no help”

“Clean and comfortable room, smaller room but that wasn’t a surprise, no towels at the pool and smaller selection for breakfast. Good place for a short stay while visiting Ocean City!”

“The rooms were clean and well kept. The staff was helpful and very thoughtful and caring with my kids. Actually reopened the pool for 30 min so they could swim later in the evening. Fast check in and fast check out. Anything needed was promptly supplied or taken care.”
