“The sink in the kitchen was leaking. The bathroom sink and tub were clogged. The cot mattress was filthy. The one bedroom door knob was broke causing you to get locked in the room. I would definitely never pay that amount of money to stay there again. And then on top of it you have to pay for parking when they have three lots to park in.”

“I feel bad having to leave a poor review overall as the owner was very accomodating and resjponsive but there are some big concerns I wish I had known before I rented. On the accurate side, the location is outstanding. I had seen the cottage on a previous trip and knew we wanted to be smack on the boardwalk. It is before season so the beach was all ours. Kitchen and bathroom are dated but clean. On the " not good but maybe not a dealbreaker given the location" was the shabbiness- inadequate...

“We rented the three bedroom condo and were happy with the size, location, and amenities. Beds were comfortable, there were plenty of towels and the place was pretty clean. We used the washer/dryer for our beach towels and clothes. The location is fantastic, just a two block walk to the beach. The indoor pool was great - we went to it every day and were the only ones there. We had a couple of needs and questions during out stay, and the desk staff at the hotel was super responsive. “Our balcony overlooked the pool and Fagers. Island, excellent location. The room was spacious and the hotel staff were very nice. Our only complaint is there was no hot water in our room. Someone came up and told us to turn the faucet to the right and let it run 15 minutes, we let it run one hour we still never got hot water. . I know the building was under renovation so maybe there was an issue there that will be corrected.”
