Everything is perfect
The hotel is amazing, the staff are wonderful.
I like the things that you need to take a mini bus to the restaurant for breakfast (it was a nice trip hhh).
Thanks to all the team. And keep it up guys .
One of a kind resort overlooking the Nile with a Zen garden that is only matched by the warmth of the staff. The manager quickly took care of a room issue I had. The food at the restaurant is farm to table and one can laze the day away staring at the Nile...or take a sail out of ride a bike around. I wish I could've stayed longer!
Zen is an experience that anyone interested in true peace & wellness should experience in Aswan. Although the full experience wasn’t available during my stay (grand opening set for mid Nov 2024 which will have ALL options at your disposal) the staff, facilities, vistas, & dinning options were all top notch. I highly recommend Zen Wellness to all Aswan visitors, you will not be disappointed 👍👏👏
The zen wellness resort was beautiful and brand new. We had a deluxe king room, which is one room in a villa, with a few common areas. The resort is huge, you will need a golf cart to get around and there is a shuttle from reception to breakfast. Which was excellent! The only downside to this resort is that it far from downtown Aswan, but it is worth staying here as it is brand new and very luxurious.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
There was no water pressure in the shower
There was no heat
Few staff were available
It looks the place needs better management
Hotel is not as advertised on the website, services such às the spa, tea ceremony, felucca etc were not available because the hotel is still go thru a soft opening phrase.
The staff were generally nice and willing to support my needs where they could but require further training. Resort is aesthetically pleasing but my stay was not relaxing due to the lack of facilities available. I didnt feel very safe as a female solo traveller due to the lay out of the resort, i dont like the shared living area between guests and staff working in villa late at night. This made me feel uncomfortable

On our first night, we were assigned a room that had a toxic construction smell, a leaking shower door sill, and a broken sliding door to the balcony.
While I appreciate the prompt response and the room change the following day, it was quite disappointing to encounter such conditions initially. It seems that the room's issues should have been identified before assigning it to guests.
We appreciated staff's willingness to address our concerns and apologize for the situation.
Beautiful resort right by the Nile river in New Aswan area! The property is new, opened a year ago. There is nothing around yet. It is all 3 -floor villas with only 3 guest rooms in each villa. You share a huge living room and kitchen on the 1st floor and a huge activity area with balconies on 3rd floor. You have your own guest room and bathroom, balcony on 2nd floor. The property is about 20-30 minutes car ride to old Aswan, where you can find all the shops and restaurants. Hotel has a shuttle everyday at 18:00 taking you to old Aswan shopping market. Hotel has its own restaurant, but is kind of far from the resort. You will have to take their shuttle about 7-8 minutes ride. The food at restaurant is just ok, limited options. The working staffs are very friendly, especially the manager Mohamed is very professional and presents an outstanding customer service. However, the overall hotel service standard needs to be improved. Housekeeping ring the villa’s bell at 5:00am trying to reach one of the guests, which can wake up the whole villa’s guests. After I addressed the issue, the 2nd day 7:10am housekeeping knocked each guest room door to verify if we need housecleaning for that day. Even I hang on the “do not disturb” sign, they probably not even understand the sign. Therefore, the management really need to improve the general service standard and well train the staffs.
Everything was just on point. Mosab and Mr. Mohamed were very kind and always helpful.
We will for sure come back to this beautiful place.

The property appears reasonably new, although there are signs of poor construction and inadequate maintenance. The dining experiences were severely lacking, especially when compared to other properties visited in Egypt. The rooms lacked warmth and a sense of place, very basic. The service experience was one extreme or the other. Some reception team were extremely helpful, other team members demonstrated a lack of understanding of hotel basics, like knocking before entering a room. The grounds were beautiful, although paving is lifting and cracking, and one night while walking across the road near to my room, the manhole cover dropped out from beneath me, one leg falling down below the street level. Overall the property has a lot of potential, though it needs a lot of work from both a product and service perspective.

Liked: Cleanliness
When we stayed the hotel happened opened properly so the fcilitiew were all very limited. It could be a really great place to stay in a few years time when its propwrly up and running. It is further awy from the main area on Aswan and you are very limited by transport.
This sprawling property ideally would have been good. However this property seems to be still under construction. I am surprised that they have taken bookings despite property not ready for usage. I would give another 3 more months.
Good sized rooms but unfinished still. Housekeeping very late. Property is in New Aswan as it is 30 minutes away from Aswan downtown and nothing nearby now. The restaurant Juzoor was great!

Our experience at Zen Wellness Clinic was beyond disappointing. We were charged an outrageous amount—$265 USD for 2 people for one night—with absolutely nothing included. What made it worse is that we were charged more for adding a second person than it would have cost to simply book the entire reservation for 2 people initially on the same date.
To add to the frustration, the address listed shows a downtown location that doesn’t actually exist. The actual property is 30 minutes away, which was extremely inconvenient and misleading. When we arrived, there was no assistance for luggage, and we quickly realized that everything comes at an extra cost. All the activities they promote, like meditation and yoga, cost $35 each, making the experience feel more like a money grab than a wellness retreat.
For what we paid, the lack of included amenities, the misleading location, and the complete absence of basic hospitality made this an awful experience. I wouldn’t recommend Zen Wellness Clinic to anyone—save your money and find a place that delivers on its promises.
Although this property was clean and nice we had an unfortunate event which soured things. We called the hotel about the free shuttle pick up from the airport (on our Expedia agreement) and the staff insisted that 1) there wasn’t an included shuttle pick up and 2) that we needed to book a pick up for $50USD. This is quite a high price relative to other Egyptian costs. Athough disappointed we said no thanks and we would take our chances with the cabs at the airport.
They called back several times (5 times) and insisted that we must book this $50USD shuttle ride. At first I thought the no shuttle was a mistake but after the following events I think the person who called and perhaps the night manager have some kind of a side-hustle going on. So this review is just to bring some awareness to you incase something odd happens to you too.
The multiple call backs were weird but the insistence that we had to book this ride just felt off. I asked why the ride was so relatively-expensive and the answer we got is that it’s an hour drive and there might be a lot of traffic; even though I reminded him that we’re landing at 9pm and after baggage claim etc it would be a 10pm pick up.
Both the hotel staff claims were false. The hotel is under 30 min away and I don’t recall seeing another car for the whole journey. In fact the first cabby I saw before our eventual shuttle pick up asked for $25USD and if you’ve travelled these parts you know that’s the ridiculous price locals offer befo
