Staff is not cooperative, they are just looking for opportunities to make extra money . I booked for four people room and my fifth child is just 5 years old and they charged me higer additional amount without any reciept.

We reached Medi Otel around 6 am on Nov.18 they charged us 39$ for early check in. Room was untidy Ac and Wi-Fi was not working. Our reservation was till Nov 20 but we checked out in the evening of same day. I need refund of that reservation. Thanking you
