“I thought it was a 5 star... it was not. The room itself was fine but the bathroom needs work. Must have plumbing issues as the bathroom (before being used) stinks. Sitting on the toilet is a tight squeeze because the sink is in the way. No towel racks or toilet paper holder..? Shower head is built for people under 5' 7". 2€ for using more than 2 nespresso pods. Staff were nice and friendly lobby was very fancy. ”

“Recent stay here for a week with my wife. Hotel probably just over half full so all very calm. Great breakfast choice , nice swimming pools with a separate family pool. Pool bar also very good with great lunchtime snacks. Room was cleaned etc every day except Sunday. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. “We didn’t find it a dream but it wasn’t a nightmare either. The outside grounds, pool and beach area are lovely, water is crystal clear. It was the room that disappointed us. We stayed in a side sea view room, 102 to be precise. The room had such an old smell to it. Stayed for 7 nights and not once was our bed sheets changed, for a 5* hotel this should be a standard procedure after the 3rd night without having to ask.
