"I just love this hotel, and always return when in the area. The location is perfect - next to the beautiful river path, castle and shopping. The staff are all top notch, especially those in the pub. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The food is excellent. Always a very pleasant stay!"

There was mould in the corner of the bathroom of the hotel room and the shower was essentially cold. I would not return based on this experience"
