I am not sure exactly what to say about this hotel, but it is mostly good-the location is superb, literally steps away from most of the main tourist attractions, and just slightly tucked away from a main thoroughfare. The front desk was extremely helpful, and George was splendid to work with as other reviewers have mentioned. It is also worth noting that breakfast was extremely good, and we were sad to miss breakfast on our second day because we had to leave early for a morning flight. The front desk did prepare to go bags for us though.
The main issue we had with this hotel was that we had booked a Lifestyle Suite that was supposed to include two Queen beds and a separate sitting area. This seemed to confuse them though as they asked us via email before we arrived and again upon arrival whether we really wanted two Queens. The answer never changed as that is what we booked and what we wanted.
As it turned out the Suite didn't really have two Queen beds and a separate sitting area. Instead it had one Queen bed and a sitting area with a hideabed. When the sofa was converted to hideabed, we lost our sitting area. To be honest, the hideabed was fairly comfortable, but it wasn't the proper Queen it was supposed to be, and we ended up without a sitting area.
Other than the room not really being what was advertised, everything else about the hotel- the location, the front desk, the rooftop garden, and the breakfast were extremely good. You may want to give them a try.
