Divani Palace Acropolis

"The hotel itself was beautiful and centrally located to the Acropolis and the Plaka District. The staff was exceptional, the Lobbie area, the pool the bar all beautifully maintained and comfortable for relaxing. The room I stayed in, however was not the greatest. The refrigerator didn’t work. The wallpaper on the walls were bubbling, the room had a overpowering perfume smell when we first arrived. I’m guessing to try to cover up any cigarette smell seeing that it is a smoking hotel. The beds were very uncomfortable. They were stained. They probably need to be replaced."

"Nice rooftop area, but the pool gets very busy with no where near enough seating. Staff in the bar were inconsistent, we waited 45mins to be delivered a drinks order. Rooms are dated and can be noisy if you are on the floor underneath the restaurant."

"Nice hotel. Helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Air-conditioning thermostat in the room does not work. Freezing cold the first night. Beds are really lumpy. Pillow choice - either paper thin or hard as a rock."

"I had an offer to upgrade my stay to a better room which was not clear the price as they claim to upgrade the stay for 95 euros and they fail to inform that was additional per night, therefore I had to pay in full the extra amount. In addition I had to stay one extra night, so at check out from one room to another they came at 11am sharp to move my stuff, they did not even care that I was half naked as they open the door of the room without nocking the door looking for my stuff. At the next day on checkout they offer me the storage of the bag and they charged me extra for the storage. Considering that the hotel location is great they will not be an option for me I recommend to avoid this hotel and look for better options and choose this one if you cannot find anything else"

"Ermass was very clean and our room was great! The staff were kind and helpful. The location was a little distant to where we spent most of our time, but we were able to walk there just fine during the day but we took Ubers at night to be on the safe side since some of the streets you pass through are a little sketchy."
