“When asked if we could have an extra pillow, they told us they were four in the room. The room only had three. We asked for an extra blanket on an open hotel and they said they didn’t have any. They offered us a sheet. The housekeeper started knocking on our door at 8 AM when checkout wasn’t until 11. They woke us up twice to clean a room that was paid for until 11. They put a hold on my card not only for the deposit but an additional $72 unknown charge for over seven days. We will not be...

“Excellent”

“Not impressed, kinda skimpy on towels and washcloths and had our neighbors smoking in the stairwell not to mention the a/c unit was struggling mightily to keep the room cool, won’t stay there again anytime soon.”

“Clean room with good breakfast”

“Nice staff. Clean room.”

“Good location, decent breakfast. The only negative experience is housekeeping started knocking on my door at 9 am to clean my room. I rented this space until 11 am so why come to my door 3 times after being told I will leave at check out.”

“probably should have left 5 but they were remodeling and there was no water pressure in the shower.”
