The property sent in surprise rules about the shuttle very close to our arrival from Mykonos to Athens. For example: the total number of pieces per passenger for the shuttle may not be more than two. This message came arrived when we were in Mykonos(the property was in Athens). By the time we scrambled to reach someone, no one was reachable at the number for the property, but a message that indicated that we could contact them the following day. With several suitcases,a flight to catch the morning after an overnight stay, and arriving in Athens airport after 5 PM, made us reach Expedia, ask for help. They offered a solution to make another reservation for us close to the airport in Athens, paid high rate( due to late/imminent reservation). We ended up at Holiday Inn, where they did have a shuttle service to bring our luggage to the hotel for the following morning departure to the US. Had the property fully disclosed their shuttle use rules in advance we would not have made a reservation at that address. Its only plus over other properties was their offer of shuttle service from the airport.
