Nice apartment but very noisy all through the night due to being located above a bar / club. TV did not work. Sofa had stains on it. Bed had no duvet, just a thin sheet.

the apartment is located within a bustling area, food and bars can be found in almost every corner. the metro is 10 mins away, super mart just down the road. there were no staff as everything is online but they are easily contactable by whatsapp.

I loved staying there. It’s a very hip, vibrant area full of great restaurants, coffee shops, and bookstores. The apartment was flawless. If you’re an early sleeper, you might hear some noise coming from the bar below — but I stayed up late and even tried their cocktails, which were fantastic.” If you’d like a slightly more formal / informal tone, just let me know and I can adjust it!

Love the property, it was really clean and beautiful tor he area. Loved that there were lots of balconies for the apartment. However the area is dirty,fulll of noise all night , people trying yo break in all night long. People smashing bottle at building … was not impressed why someone would buy a property here for tourists. Agent n the phone fid their best yo accommodate us when we were early fir check in

Pros: apartment with a large terrace in a new building. Clean. Location is good. Although it is tiny, it’s well decorated and functional. Cons: main con for us was the internet connection. Although it is listed as a “high speed internet” it is very, very slow. We had online meetings and it was impossible to join without interruptions. Same if you want to watch Netflix: impossible. It is just fine for Whattsapp and emails (if you don’t need to upload or download a PPT or pictures). The neighborhood is not the nicest although there are plenty of shops and terraces and a supermarket nearby and the area is well connected. You feel safe, though. Laundry in the basement is comfortable to use.

The photos on the booking were misleading, we struggled to reach anyone to check us in, the room was expensive and value for money not good. The noise was not contained until 5 am! Unwelcoming neighbourhood and I see why

The apartment, as described in other reviews, is newly renovated & well thought out. It’s a “10”. Had everything needed including a full size refrigerator. Excellent shower, washer/dryer in the lower level. The down size was the street noise. You can hear every conversation, every car go by, church bells at 6 am, then 6:30, then 7. This morning (tues) the recycling was picked up at 4 am & sounded like thousands of bottles breaking. There are many many wonderful bakeries & restaurants. I felt safe, lots of nightlife over the weekend but no sounds of violence. We had a street front apartment. Highly recommend if you are a deep sleeper or bring good earplugs

Prachtig appartement in een hippe buurt

Uitstekend appartement. Mooie badkamer met regendouche. Volledig ingerichte keuken. Heerlijk bed en mooie woonkamer. Bij aankomst was het app helemaal schoon. Om de 2 dagen schoonmaak met schone handdoeken en bedlakens. Helemaal top. Uitstekend ligging in een hippe buurt. Overal koffietentjes en kleine restaurantjes. Syntagmaplein 20 min lopen.
