The location is excellent. There are a wide selection of restaurants within walking distance. The apartment size is great for 4 adults. The a/c is awesome. The linens and towels need a refresh. The bathroom needs TLC. There was not enough supply for 4 people. Checking in took long because the instructions were missing an important part. The host was not too happy that we called for help but finally after over 40 minutes we realized that the box was behind a bush that had grown and covered it. Overall it was a nice stay.

I won’t stay here again. The property manager sent me the wrong check in instructions and was not available on her phone which led us to arriving at 10pm and having to stand outside for an hour trying to call her. Once we did get in contact she blamed us for not reading the instructions only to later admit that she sent us old instructions and they have since started using a lock box. The lock box is hidden in the bushes, which she didn’t know but we managed to eventually find it. I will say once inside that the apartment is spacious, well located and most rooms were clean. The bathroom is as dated and mildewed as everyone says and bath products are non existent (unlike listing), but we weren’t too bothered as we didn’t spend a lot of time in the room. Tv is good, balcony is big and the washing machine is a nice bonus. However, I highly recommend you stay at the Lilly Apartments just down the street. The owner of that apartment came to our aid when we started calling around to find a different accommodation since we were locked out of this one. She had no free rooms but walked over to help us try and get in and to act as a translator when our property manager eventually called us back after 14 calls and an hour of trying to reach her. Overall a really stressful experience and not worth it when there are other great apartments nearby.
