This place will take your money and ghost you. My friend and I were flying in at 1am so we figured we should find a place that has self check in to stay the night by the airport. The property had given us instructions and a combination to open the box with the key. We show up, open the box, no key. We check everywhere and even tried calling them multiple times. No answer. We were left homeless for the night and they never tried contacting us back the days after. After the trip, I try getting a refund- I mean we didn’t stay the night since a key wasn’t provided. The property wouldn’t answer Expedia so we won’t be getting a refund.

This property made it easy to check in with a lockbox with a key, however, they never cleaned from the prior guest. When I arrived, the place had not been cleaned. There were no clean towels and used bandaids open in the living room. I had checked in to the place earlier than check-in time, so I did not expect that the place had been cleaned when I arrived, however, expected that it would have been cleaned when I had returned.
The management had messaged me letting me know that the place was ready to check into halfway through the day, and I messaged them back telling them that I had already been through to drop off my things and asked if it could please be cleaned before I returned in the evening. They did not reply.
When I returned around 9 PM, I called the management because the place had still not been cleaned (used bandaids still out), and the manager/owner yelled at me on the phone for having gone in and dropping off my stuff before they had messaged me, and told me they could not do anything about the used towels and bandaids strewn around the place.
Very uncleanly, the lighting was like a hospital, and the service from management was disappointing to say the least.

Pour commencer l adresse sur ma réservation hôtel . Com ´ était pas exact. Le quartier est pas terrible et loin de tout. On a quand même trouvé un resto pour manger. Très bruyant avec les gens qui habite au dessus et qui on leur escalier pour rentrer chez eux qui donne sur la chambre. Ils ont même laissé allumé la lumière des escali Toute la nuit. Le propriétaire très dispo et serviable. Mais vraiment pas terrible.
