This apartment style stay was a great way to experience Athens in a very cool neighborhood. The streets were lively with many restaurant and bar options. The acropolis was a 15min walk. Just be aware that the noise from the restaurants and bars was loud until 1am.

Nice place and great location, wish we had booked this hotel for the first leg of our trip as well. Only feedback is the entrance in the building is very narrow ( probably because of the great location with all great restaurants around) so be mindful if you are traveling with bigger size suitcases. Mr. Takis was very helpful and guided us well during our short stay.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The place was easy to find and very convenient, surrounded by many restaurants, bars and cute antique shops. It can be loud at night especially on weekends, but it did not bother us much. Host was very responsive and we were able to leave our suitcases in the lobby after check out. Will definitely stay again!

The area around the property really comes alive at night and is so cool and fun! The inside of the apartment was what we expected for a historical type of property. Kind of quirky and small, but suited our needs. I wish there was an a/c unit in the twin beds room, and the shower needs updating. But overall, the area is really the selling point for this location with all the cute shops and restaurants around.

Great location to restaurants, historic sites and shopping. The apartment was a great size with two bedrooms, 1.5 baths. Loved the balcony that overlooked the street. The energetic atmosphere around the property is fun, although the catch is that it is a bit noisy at night. My friend had the bedroom closer to the street so played soft music/used a white noise app on her phone which helped drown out the street noise. We really enjoyed being walking distance to the Acropolis and other historic sites.

This was an amazing property! The room was big, had two bedrooms, four comfortable beds, a kitchenette, living space, a balcony. We came with our two children (middle and high school) and had more than enough room. The area around the property had so many great restaurants, but the room was quiet. It was so close to the Acropolis and the other archeological sites- we walked everywhere. The staff are very friendly and responsive to messages and questions. Check in was very easy. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this property to others.

It is located on top of a busy street where bars are open late on weekends so needless to say, it isn't quiet. However, it was centrally located to many restaurants and Monastiraki area! The suite was secured and the lift was an added convenience! We had minor issues with water dripping from both AC units. Our room comfortably fit 7 of us with 1.5 baths.

The place was very nice and spacious. It is more like a two bedroom apartment than a hotel room. It would be great for a long stay in Athens. The area is bustling and there are a lot of dining options. However, that means there is music going on all night that one hears clearly in the apartment. The overall condition was good and the place was nicely decorated. The shower door leaked a bit.

I was on island and My fairy got cancelled so I had to cancel my booking, and I begged these people to refund me. Because I had no place to stay and needed money to book another place. And they refused after trying many many times. So disappointed.
