"We booked and stayed 1 night in this very cute on the beach cabana. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. We had a beautiful view and enjoyed the ocean waves all night. As a bonus we were invited to have coffee the next morning with the host and they shared a lovely breakfast of freshly made tortillas and cheese creme & veggies."

"1. Someone from the house started contacting me weeks before my family vacation to wire transfer a deposit. I wasn't sure if it was fraud so I politely told them I would pay when I checked in. 2. The address that Hotels.com reflects for the location is different than the one the location ended up sending me so I drove around for a while trying to find the location, so if your going to this location in a taxi make sure you confirm the address. 3. "The property did not respond to emails or phone calls. No code to get in was ever sent Phone calls from me or the neighbor lady were not answered . We never got into the property and had to find alternative accommodations for the night..The address is wrong and 121 takes you to a run down building so you must be a bit of a detective to even find the correct building Would it be hard to put your house numbet on your building? The neighborhood is more run down then i would have thought. I cant say...

"Happy overall. The book is on site was good. If they’re not serving then a couple blocks down past the pharmacy there’s a place called Mama Rosa that serves a good breakfast and you don’t have to do the buffet. Try to ask for room away from the sound of music, which will be Hard to do because there’s music everywhere but if you’re facing the club directly across the street, you’re going to hear music till 4 AM and it’s loud. We had to switch our room to the other side where it’s not as loud which was better."

"Here is a breakdown of our stay checking in July 9, 2025 checking out July 10, 2025- original booking on Expedia.com- Positives- Check in- the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming- however told us that we could not pay with credit card, but we said that we needed to checkout at 05:00 am the following morning due to a relative being in the hospital. She agreed to follow up with the owner to confirm. She led us to our cabin, and I turned on the air to get it cool- as we were going to spend time on the beach- in the pool- and in the restaurant. Figured in a couple of hours the room would be cool. The room looked amazing, and for the $215 $3500MXN) a night I figured it was good value. Location/ atmosphere- The only thing I can say is wow! Amazing location, amazing grounds, the vibe is amazing. They have everything decorated to theme, and it is amazing just to sit and soak it all in. Good public restrooms, great bar area, friendly and attentive staff. After beach time, we opted to eat- we ordered the coconut shrimp and the shrimp a la diabla. Both were huge portions and delicious!!! I was leary as many other reviews were very critical of the food, however we absolutely loved it!!! We could pay dinner on credit card- but not the room? Pool- very relaxing!!! Great size and deep enough to really get your relax on!!! Clean and the views over the ocean were spectacular! Negatives- Returned to our room to find that the power was off- and the room was hot. Went to the front d"
