The location is perfect; the neighborhood has many places to eat, drink, or have fun, all within easy walking distance. I originally wanted to stay at ULIV Mexico City, but I ended up staying a few days at ULIV Cibeles (just a few meters away), but both options are great.

Beautiful hotel, clean rooms, wonderful view from rooftop restaurant Balcon de Zocalo. We had free breakfast which was very good and also free small plates, beer, soda from the small cafe downstairs. Barceló México Reforma
They had contiguous water leakage issue in the bathroom. After mulitple requests over 3 days to reolve the issue, they evetually changed our room.
