"The room was fine, the front desk was great and the room concierge service was okay."

"I was very disappointed in this experience. The very first day I arrived I informed the reception that I had found an alternate accommodation for my third night and beyond. As I booked through Hotels.com I was told to take it up with them to change the number of days I extended. When I messaged the app the agent told me that even though I had 24 hour cancellation notice and was trying to cancel a night more than 48 hours in advance that I needed to pay for the unused evening and try and work out a deal or partial compensation with the hotel. Both parties played me against each other and frustratingly I was left with no satisfactory options. I will think twice before using either party again in the future because of this negative experience."

"The room was extremely old and run down. Under the bed was not vacuumed. Checked the bed and bed sheets just to be sure!!! Glad were there just to sleep for a few hours before our flight."

"Hotel was old and dinghy. Food all over the floor in elevator, black mold in bathroom (dangerous to our health) and the staff was pretty much non existent. Even linens were old and then, towels were horrible. Lamps were falling apart as well as no outlets in the room, found one inside room door. This place should be condemned. Very disappointed. "
