“ceiling falling apart and covered in water stains, bedsheets had mysterious splatter spots (think, projectile sneeze while eating gravy), no internet/wifi despite stating there was, office offered no help and was quite rude throughout the entire experience. TV had very few available channels, wood paneling behind bed was coming apart and had gaps, no staff on site. ”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Coastal Inn. I was traveling with two kids, and even though we arrived late and had to leave very early the next morning, the staff—especially Steven—were incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely welcoming. It made the whole experience feel easy after a long day on the road. Breakfast ordering was incredibly simple, and since we were checking out before the scheduled delivery time, they kindly arranged to have our breakfast brought to our room the night before....
