"I stayed at the Mendenhall Inn due to the fact that I attended a Domestic Violence Center of Chester County fundraiser in the Grand Ballroom on Thursday night. I traveled from Harrisburg to attend this function and decided to stay there for another day to visit with former coworkers. My room was in what was called the handicapped area, not in the Inn itself but accessible from the parking lot. My room was immaculate, with a larger than average bathroom. The staff was friendly, including in the breakfast area which I found to be well stocked with anything I could possibly want to eat for that meal. On Friday I met a former coworker for a meal in the restaurant. The food was delicious and the service commendable, as was the case at the fundraiser also. I would definitely stay there again if I was in the area for whatever reason."

"It is a nice hotel and very clean. The staff who clean do an excellent job. But if I’m honest I’ve had to work with Fairfield booking multiple times in the past and they always are making mistakes. They don’t book dates right, I have seen some be rude to customers, I have been mischarged at times. I have to use this hotel for local events but honestly wished I had betters options just because the front desk people. I have tried to work with sales by email and not get responses. The only good thing I have found at this place in it’s clean but it is very overpriced."

"The maze left dirty sheets on the bed and a comforter had blood on it and everything. It was just nasty and dirty the comforters and the sheets on the TV didn’t work not at all. We had to keep going downstairs telling them about the TV and everything but overall everything else was perfect and except for those two."
