“Incredibly warm welcome. Room was rudimentary (for comparison, just marginally less nice than the premier inn we stayed in the night before). Main issue was the Aircon was ineffectual and I'm a hot sleeper. To be fair, in the morning I realised the windows do open a little. ”

“Stables 5 .Lovely cottage in a restored Steading set back from the road and close to the river Tay. Modern and very well appointed, with a small garden for dogs, warm and traditional - contemporary decoration with a french country feel. Wonderful bathroom and extremely comfortable bed. In fact, perfect for us.”

The food was great and reasonably priced. the room was amazing. Really spacious and very well presented. Everything I needed was there. The bathroom was huge. “Comfortable stay with a choice of to places to eat. I choose to eat in the less formal restaurant and the food was excellent.”

“This hotel has closed down and hasn’t notified Expedia or any other agent and is still taking bookings on their own website directly. Expedia gave me shocking customer service when I raised this with them. I spent 2 hours on the phone trying to get them to believe me. Total disaster. Avoid Expedia at all costs. ”
