The only reason I gave a 3 rating for property condition is that they are in the middle of renovations & therefore it's a bit of a mess but it is was a great place to stay & we will definitely do so again. Also a shout-out to Up cafe in the Sebel it was wonderful 👍 would definitely recommend 👍

Great location. Under 10 minute walk to the ferry terminal Large apartment with large private balcony. Property and rooms could use updates/freshening. Would stay here again.

We had a spacious apt, perfect for 3 adults and 2 children, and the kitchen was adequate. Really friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is being renovated - but that did not cause us any inconvenience at all

We enjoyed the central location and found the staff to be very professional and helpful. It was lovely to arrive in our room and find a surprise card, chocolates and drinks to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The 2 bedroom apartment is very spacious and has everything you need. Granted the rooms are a little dated but we didn't care - we had a lovely stay - thank you

The hotel was well located, clean and transport near by. Hotel could invest in soundproofing as you can hear drunks trying to make their way home from night spots in the area as well as hearing buskers most evenings playing on near by queen st. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay staff were helpful, slept like a log everything was a short walk away certainly a worthwhile property to stay at

My family enjoyed our stay in the spacious unit. The views of the Pacific Ocean and Auckland port was great. I would have given 5 stars, however both bathrooms had tiles with mildew, the fabric dining chairs had stains and carpet looked weathered. For the nightly rate of the room, I expected better room conditions. The room was outdated. Aside from this, we enjoyed our stay.

Our room was nice and clean, but very tired and dated and could do with a spruce up. The shower pressure was terrible. The customer service was good.

Very well equipped, great location.

Perfect place for an extended stay in Auckland, central location close to the quay, tower and local amenities, comfortable and very well equipped. I’ll stay here again next time I’m in Auckland.

不潔なわけではないですが、なにせ設備が古いので黒カビがあったりタイルの目地がヒビ割れてたりしました　コンセントも普通のプラグだけでUSBポートなどはないです 洗濯機がある部屋で駅近くが良かったので選びました　オークランド港を望める部屋だったので景色はなかなかでした
